Why don't you try to cure it? If that has ich, and it's coming out of your tank you should probably check your tank too.

yea im trying to clean out my tank. i QTed a bunch of fish and lost all but 2. the hippo is in the best shape of both so i want someone with a good QT to take him. would like to get rid of the fish tonight if possible.
