I'm not good with names so I don't know the name of this. It is a blue base w/ orange eye chalice. I have 3 frags of this chalice mounted on disks.

Frag A & B - Two frags mounted on disk will be $30 (more eyes).
Frag C - One frag mounted on disk will be $25 (less eyes).
