Went to visit Peter. In my opinion it's a good deal, reason I decided I against it is the big size. With my kids I can't maintain it. Sorry Peter, and thanks for the time showing it.

If I were in your shoes, I don't think I will be able to let go of it for how much you are offering. You are practically giving it away...good luck!!
