Where is it for pickup?

Also, what are those brownish/bluish things sticking out of it? Looks a bit like star polyps that are closed, or something like that.

pick up can be in astoria or we can meet in the city somewhere, those are little fan worms that have grown over with the sunset monti, also willing to trade for a nice size frag of strawbrerry shortcake
