Was bought second hand from finksmart. Now 1 year old. Fixture is in great condition. I recently upgraded. Only comes with 2 ATI Blue bulbs 4 months old, no AC adapter for fan, or hanging cables (any cables can be used)

Letting it go for $190 firm.
