Thinking of running one for my SPS tank. I figure my sps can get most of their food from my feeding (blended food which dissolves pretty nicely) or from some artificial SPS feed (ESV spray dried phyto) or fish poop, what harm can running Ozone or a UV be?
Ive read pros are that it will increase skimmer efficiency, help wth fish, kills water born algae (anyone know if it helps with Cyano? )
Cons are that it will kill bacteria, and and possibly pods.
Any thoughts? Which is better? most bang for your buck in terms of electricity/replacements/ etc..
