hello m/r this is my tank that i have started 6 months before and this is how far have come so far so far doing good my water parameters are good but i am getting redslime on sand, can't figure it out why if any body have idea please let me know.
Equipment:
1.120 gal Oceanic tech tank.
2.Vortech MP40.
3.40" 544 led's reef light fixture.
4.TLF 500 media reactor, phosphate, carbon, bio pallets.
5.Coralife 550 calcium reactor.
6.DIY nitrate reactor.
7.AquaC EV-120 protein skimmer with 750 gph pump.
8.10 gal auto top off tank.
9.80 lbs marco rock (now live rock)
10.Iwaki 100 rlt 2500 gph external pump flow is divided with manifold and valves this pump is running my reactors as well.
12.DIY 10 3w 6500k led light fixture for refugium.
13.75 gal Oceanic reef sump modified section for fuge (mangroove plants,grape alage,culerpa alage,cheato alage,miracle mud with deep sandbed under.
i am selling this reef light or will to trade for 2 120w led fixtures. even swap with no money. i paid well over 1000k for this fixture. this light is too strong for my tank.

looking good...the RS is caused by excess nutriants and maybe other factors as well like lighting or current..plenty of info..do a search......so keep siphoning it out and keep up the water quality husbandry...it's a battle sometimes lasting months....BTW what's the name of the fish with the yellow stripe in the first pic?
