yea aaron u will be fine with a 6 hour photoperiod... i got mine on for 8 hours i think is to much i am gonna change it.. i have my halides come on at 4pm and shut off at 12am.. maybe ill have the actnics come on at 4pm and halides come on at 6pm and run the halides to 12am.... 6 hours should be more than enough....
