no its not my dads tank, we call it our tanks except my 30 fresh is in fact mine. My dad just takes care of them while i am away at school. I usually end up paying for everything and doing most of the hard work he just does the simple stuff like algae clean, top off, feed and clean the skimmers. Adam- the rastas i believe was a 2 polyp frag and i count 11 as of today and the hornets was i believe was 6 polyps. i also fragged 3 polyps off of the rastas so it was even larger at one point

well sandy was completely unforgiving, took everything. my house had about 4.5 -5 feet of water in it. I evacuated due to the fact that i live on the water, my tanks were 48 hours without power and around 55 degrees by the time i got to them. i quickly tore them apart trying to save anything, i rushed the coral to a friends house and the surviving 3 fish to a lfs that i work at. the re build will come in time, might take a while since we have to basically gut and renovate our entire first floor and garage where we lost everything

thanks for all the support guys, but a bunch of friends from school came over to help clean up, all thats left is to get a contractor pull some walls and start all over once the insurance adjuster gets there

That sux dude! Unfortunately, every house that I've walked into in the past couple of weeks looks exactly like yours or worse. I've seen so many people that have lost so much. Good luck with the rebuild and remember that this great group of people are always here for you
