Canon 1DMK2 AV priority. apreture was 2.8 iso 400. macro lens used is a sigma 150 2.8 macro.

so you don't like coraline on the sides or back either? I had to give up trying to keep it off, everytime I scrape it I make more frags.
how do you do it? some secret scraping tool?

for me I like not having the coraline in the background, I think it gets distracting. Without the coraline the coral stands out from the sides and back. Your two shots are a perfect example. and I think the size of your corals makes the tank look mature. it's a real personal preference, so I know I'm in the minority.
interesting you chose to use a sand bed after having a BB tank, any reason why?

it went from dsb to bb to dsb. not really, after the sand was there a while it settled down. the tunze are 6000, 6100, 6060 and 7095.(6060 is not on the controller)

i just love the look of sand. its a pain in the butt some times, but i love the look.
