if that lumber is treated i think you may have some long term issues with the wood drying out and twisting.

pressure treated is the same as cca it s known to twist and warp over time i would have used doug fir alot more stable but the stand is built very well

when that lumber dries out...your tank may crack from the twisting of the lumber

I would throw it away, and start over using doug fir lumber. its just not worth the risk.

yea true but isent that wood made to last and stay outside in all weather conditions

jaftica is right you are not that far into it right now to start over just think of what will happen if you have it set up for a year and everything is doing good and the stand twists and your tank leaks 75 gallons of water all over the place just my opinion but i would do the same design you are doing but just use doug fir

outside the house the wood is really never really drying out, it gets rained on, humid weather...inside your house its going to dry out, and warp....really not a good idea to put a tank on it...others will chime in. if you want i have a metal stand you can have for free, and just skin it with plywoood if you want

nice stand...but why does the left side stand look like it has more support then the right side ran out of wood?

Pressure treated wood is not for use indoors. Besides what was mentioned above, its been know to give of chemical fumes that can get you and your family sick. I wouldn't use it. It is a very nice design tho and looks well built.

im not done yet just wanted some imput on it ...think by the time i come back home tomorrow it will be gone prob bout 100$ down the drain.....yes yes i no in this hobb you going to lose alot more
