I've been reading this site for a few years and have done reefing for about 4 so I think it's time to finally make my own tank thread...
Setup:
54g corner bow
10g sump and 3g hang-on back refugium
Wingo's Blue Vanilla 120W LED
JBJ UV-9 UV Sterilizer
Used protein skimmer from LFS (no brand or logo's on it)
Chiller/heater (set to 78)
JBJ ATO (best thing I've added to my setup)
Return pump (can't remember brand or GPH)
Red Sea Coral Pro Salt
A little tank history... my tank crashed in October last year so in November I started over from scratch. The only thing I reused was my live rock and the couple of clean-up crew members that were left. I got all new sand, cleaned the tank with ro/di water and then started it back up.
Worst part of this tank is the lack of space underneath for bigger sump/fuge but I love the way it fits in my apartment behind my sectional.
