sump and pum?

hey guys, i am doing a 120 gal. tank 48/24/24 reef tank. the sump/ref. will be in the room below the tank. i was thinking of the aqueron model 4 sump or erhopp 300. also the return pump will have to carry the water up 10 ft. should i go with one pump or two, the eheim 1262, or the triton 5. which protein skimmer is best,bubble magnus or erhopp 300? also do you recommend a uv light? thanks
