I'm probably going to go with a 30x30 and maybe 16 or 18 with the height.

If I order one of these from glasscages, where do you guys think I can get a small stand that can accomodate it. How do you suggest I light it and run the filters?

I want to go for a look that's similar to the photo attached but of course much lower.

u can always build the stand to your own liking /dimensions. The tank you have pictured looks like a zeroedge which overflows/ travels onto the stand and inside to the sump.

That tank does not have a cover. It would be very hard to do reef in an enclosed tank like you want. I have that tank and it needs to be that high to fit the sump, pumps, and skimmer.
A fully enclosed tank like you want is probably not going to work well for saltwater or reef, for a variety of reasons (temperature, light, room for equipment).
