Once again awesome tank. Do you spot feed the chalice that you grew from one eye? If so what do you spot feed?

No spot feeding, they just grab whatever is available. and i feed twice a week at nite Cyclop-Eeze, When all the corals are open.

thanks,Fastuno and Zig. it's funny every time i see people worry about 9ppm coming out of their RO water. I only use RO and no DI. the water that comes out of my RO is 10ppm from 220ppm coming in.
I don't use Refugium. my sump still have Bio wheel. no dosing just 15 gallon weekly W/C. what I learned in reefing is keep it simple. never ever panic.

Very healthy & colorful chalice. When I fed Cyclop-Eeze YEARS AGO my phosphates & algae started to bloom. Drop the feed back down & all was good at that time.


It is interesting how you can go changing 15g/week & another dude comes in & does something totally different. Both systems seem to suffice & result in a healthy tank.



Look at 28:00 into the video & newyorksteelo will say he did not do a water change for one & 1/2 year.
