Strendos 90g build

I finally have my 90g tank up and running. I thought I'd share some of the pics with you since pretty much everything in the tank (including the tank!) was bought through Manhattan Reefs.

Equipment:
-90gRR tank
-Aquamedic 2x250MH+2x54W T5 actinic light
-25w uv sterilizer plumbed through return
-aqua C skimmer w/eheim 1260
-kent phosphate reactor
-neptune aquacontroller jr
-wavy sea for the chiller return (not set up yet)
-ecomarine vortex wavemaker (not shown)

Reading Manhattan Reefs and meeting some of its great members over the last couple months has relly helped me in buying the right equipment and even more importantly seeing some great tanks in person.

I'd love to get some feedback on the setup so far.. I still need to get more LR (hurry up Ronin!:wink1: ) and more corals. I was thinking mostly softies and lps's.

looks good so far...
but you def need a ton more live rock, 50 more lbs for a reef tank.
the purple bonsi doesnt look so good... not ready for it ,pass it on for someone to care for it till your tank matures, nice coral

not sure but isnt that Fox cow or dog fish(cantrember)
not reef safe
looks like a good start , but slow down and get some more LIVE ROCK

It's a cow fish, very cool fish. I have a 150 fowlr at my office I'll put it in if it causes any problems.
I'm getting more rock next week.
