The 55 has 120 lbs of LS and about 65 lbs of LR and 260 wt pc's, aqua c remora skimmer and preskimmer, penguin bio-wheel 330, without the bio-wheel, tronic 200 wt heater, pair of ocellaris clowns, 4 green chromis, bi-color blenny, neon goby, and a coral beauty. Red shrooms with blue spots, purple shrooms, purple shrooms with blue stripes and green striped shrooms and pink hairy shrooms with green tips and green and white hairy shrooms, leather toadstool coral, gold crown leather, yellow fiji leather, devils hand leather, bta, xenia, anthelia, orange zoo's, capnella, green stars, yellow polyps, brown polyps, green polyps, pink and green polyps, pods, snails, bugs and worms too. I also rescued a 2 inch yellow tang and its doing great and getting fat. It was very thin when I got it and being chased around by a huge naso tang in a small tank. It pals around with the coral beauty in the 55 and was a bit timid at first but now it gets right in the middle of things at feeding time. I have had it for 5 months now. Before I bought it I made my husband promise that I could get a 125 for the tang as soon as we move and he agreed. He was also the one that wanted the coral beauty and said if it bothered anything I could get another tank just for the coral beauty. When I got it I only had shrooms and one leather frag and I watched it for a long time and it never touched anything. Not even stuck its nose one something, its a pretty good fish. Has not bothered anything else either.

Everytime I take pics of my tank it changes

I also have a 20 gallon thats growing from fowlr to low light polyps and fish. It was set up for my husband to keep yellow tailed damsels in and he says that it's too empty compared to my 55, so I get to go shopping.
I also have a 30 gallon thats empty right now and will probably stay empty until we move and be used to help move fish to the new house.

Here is Oscar the Grouch.
He chose the biggest ugly rock in the tank for his home. I was going to break the rock into half and use it as base rock but the blenny went right in it as soon as I put it in the tank. It was bright white with only a tiny bit of coraline. I removed it from the tank and he looked lost so I put it back in and he went right into it again. There is a hole in the top and the side and he can go from one to the other. If I try to set something on top of his rock he knocks it off. The rock isn't so ugly anymore but still not as pretty as my Harbor Aquatics rock and I am growing orange zoo's on it to help cover it up. ( I love Harbor Aquatics rock!!!) The Blenny had to go push at the zoo's with his nose at first but has decided they are ok. He spends most of the day peeking out of his rock and has to come out and swim around the other fish then goes back to his hole and backs into it and sits there again. He reminded us of Oscar the Grouch sticking his head out of the trash can to make comments at people when they walked by.

Very nice tank, I like it how long has it been running for. I just broke down my 135 and set up a 72 bowfront Reef tank and a 80 gal FOWLR. :D

thanks, I set up a 30 long a year ago and then moved the contents of it to the 55 after thanksgiving 2002 and added more lr and ls and I am getting a 120 or bigger after we buy a house so I will be moving the tank again in about 5 months

I actually think I want to keep the 55 up too, and the 20 and if i have room the 30 too. I would like to have a flame angel in one, but already have a bi-colored angel and don't want to mix the two and i like my bi-color blenny but i also wan't a midas blenny and don't want to mix those either and a FOWLR would be good for the flame angel and a shroom tank would be good for some seahorses, and some schooling anthias would be good in a 180 and and and and...... you can never have too many tanks, lol

My neon goby decided to rest on my Yellow Fiji Leather. He usually likes to hang out on the shrooms.
