Your overall setup looks very good. Bioload a little high? Those engineered floor joists are incredibly strong (supposedly stronger than steel i-beams) Ever thought of putting your sump in the basement? Of all the tangs, the Kole tang is my fave. Mine is very elegant, and is very hardy for a tang.
