I was thinking of ordering from this site http://ipsf.com/livesand.html
some live sand has any one ever heard of this place. do you think it is a good idea? i really just need a cup, but i want my tank to cycle faster also if it is a good site should i order ampipods and copapods??? n e way kit

no you don't need to order any of that. all the bacteria your tank needs is in the air and the rocks that will be in the tank. they will multiply quickly and in three weeks or so you'll be ready for some livestock.
if you want the tank to cycle faster then buy some liverock from someones tank that's been established. there will be little cycle time as the bacteria on the rock will be plentiful. don't try to rush the process though, nothing good will come out of that.
