I also have automated my water change regimen. My system consists of total water volume of +/- 130 gallons. Currently, I change 1 gallon of water daily or 30 gallons a month which equates to a 23% water change.
My question relative to your article is, would it be better to change larger amounts of water less frequently or as I have currently configured? I still would like to change about 20% of water every month.
