Well it had been a while, so I decided about 6 months ago to build another reef, and the wall under the stairs seemed like a great place to do it. I would have liked to go larger, but if I would have gone larger, the aquarium would have had to be to low, in my opinion.

The tank is setup with about 90 lbs of live rock and a 2-3 inch DSB. I have a mix of live and base rock. I have several differing coral and a few fish, they are a yellowtail damsel, and a yellow chromis or damsel, i do not remeber :) I have a pair of mandarin gobies and a clown that was a gift to my daughter (friends who saw Nemo). I look forward to comments, questions or observations.

Thanks

Christian

It was setup last may/june, I bought the house with a totally unfinished basement and this was the first wall I rocked and said what te hell, and went out a bought a 55 and went to town, I set the tank up initially at the end of April and let it cycle with only the uncured LR and DSB for about 5 weeks, and then slowly started adding livestock. I am probably going to put a 90 in my offie, I forgot how much I like the tranquility.

Thanks

Christian
