concrete tanks

After seeing Richard Harker's concrete tank in several references, I got bit to consider one myself. I would like to find out what he and others may have done to design and build one. I would greatly appreciate any and all advice on wall thickness vs. length, width, height; sealing and coating the inside, plumbing considerations, glass vs. acrylic thickness and any thing else I may be unaware of. My dream is to some day build one in a green house attached to my home to benefit from full daylight.
