I would like to ask, I tested the Alcalinity yesterday and it test at 3. I read tat it needs to be between 07 and 11.

Those numbers are so drasticaly different I can only assume that you tested and posted results for 3 Meq/l and are then refering to a dkh of 7-11 which are two different ways of reading the same thing.
If I am correct. 3 meq/L = 8.4dkh. Your alk is a little low but nothing to be overly concerned about.

I also have a lot of micro bubbles. How do I get it out of the main display?? It seems as if it is "blowing: out of the power heads but they are submerged deep enough not to draw any air...

I have 03 powerheads in the main display as well as 02 Wavemakers. There is no venturis on any of them. I might be wrong to say they create their own air or they get air in the tank and then just blows it out. All of them is about 03 months old

your not talking about the bubbles attached to the substrate and rock in the pics, are you? you mean bubbles in the water column, right?

The bubbles attached to the substrate and rock I suppose, also came from the bubbles in the water column. In the previous tank I never had this problem, but now in the new tank, it becomes a problem as the bubbles are all over. The bubbles attached is a little bit bigger than the ones in the water column, which is basically the size of a pin head

well, i had those bubbles attached to the substrate and rock last month(i have a new tank also). i had cyano all over the low flow areas, and that was somehow creating those bubbles. i never had any bubbles in my water column. i had no air visually entering the display, that somehow settled in the red slime.
as far as the microbubbles in the water column, i think you should double check the sump and return pumps. how does the last chamber look when you view it through the side of the sump? any microbubbles?
