Ok time to get serious.

Don't BS us anymore, you were given the help you asked for numerous times and decided to do whatever you wanted to do and pretty much tell the community that tried to help you to F)*(& off.

You have been a deadbeat in purchases.

If you want to get serious fine if not stop yanking our chains and do it, if you want to keep doing what you are doing, you can go somewhere else. You send PM's to people to threaten them for telling you the truth and for calling you out on your lies in an attempt to intimidate them.

Hell you can't even follow simple instructions, look on your pump or heater instructions for a diagram of what a drip loop really is.

Good luck with your tank and with the fish and corals you are going to kill.

See above.

Actually this is way better that your other set up.
You do have to upgrade your filtration...ASAP!

If cash is an issue, sell one of the set-ups.
You still need to do major re-search (& understand!!!) on maintaining a reef, so concentrate & put effort on one set up, instead of 2 that need major work.

This looks much better but i believe that the lighting wont be strong enough for your corals I would just use the hob filter for carbon and change it every 2 weeks. I dont believe that skimmer it too good but maybe someone can chime in on this one. are you planing on putting live sand there? I would also cover the back with some kind of wallpaper to hide all the cables. Good luck and happy reefkeeping

what's the water quality?

I would upgrade to some T-5 lights asap.
Add a reactor with some quality carbon, and get an effective hang on skimmer.

the 45 is on the small side for the tang. they get much larger than the size it is now.

I would say
-too many fish I would only have 2-4 fish in a tank like that with thoes filters
-upgrade the skimmer. I know the seaclone says it's for a 100 gallon tank but it's not a well made filter there are better HOB skimmers out there.
-weekly small water changes, like 5 gallons or so
-upgrading the lights wouldn't hurt but what kind do you have is it 2x96watt cause that isn't bad for a 45. 2x96 should be enough to maintain the zoa's but they may lose some color if they're placed on the lower portion of the tank.
-some more pumps for flow would be a good idea as well
-are you dosing anything

hope this helps

Throw away the seaclone. Do not attempt to sell it, just throw it away.

Do the same for the emperor 404

Go to your LFS and slap every person that works there, twice.

Put your new lights on a 8hr light cycle after photo acclimating your corals.

Do at LEAST 10% water change a week.

TEST for every additive you are adding.

Post your water params and we will guide you through this.

Go back to your LFS and slap them again.

Get a good HOB skimmer, no less than a Remora Pro with a Mag 3

good advice trip,
also don't have your LFS test the water for you.
if they do I guess you can smack them per trips advice.

Keep the 404 it sucks but at least you can add some carbon and have some mechanical filtration until you get something better.
I agree about the sea clone but you can use the powerhead for water movement
make sure you keep the sunpod cool, blow a small fan on it or something. I've seen many beak from overheating.

have you tested your water?
do you add supplements?
