I have been out of the hobby for a little while and i finally stopped procrastinating and went for it. all critiques are welcome.

i have a oceanic 120 tech tank with front starfire glass. i started out looking at all the equipment that i had and figured it was time to make some mods so that the wife would be happy again having the tank in the living room. so i started to plan and ultimately i came up with this ---- I NEED MORE SPACE! I then embarked on a new building of a cabinet to match the existing stand and i built a canopy for it. i started out with some nice 4X2 nice sanded wood. i cut them to match the tank stand and then put a door on them. the canopy i made i open from the top and did all the molding with a 45 degree cutter. i also used a sawzaw and a buzz saw for all the cuts. other tools are levels screw gun, leveler, 1"inch nails primer, paint and polyeurathane. so here is where i am starting this at the very begining.

and now the plumbing is done. the rest that is left i will update shortly with more pictures. i still need to do some touchups and another cabinet now that the plumbing is done with the exception of building a 10 gallion refugium to go along with this set up. as for now the equipment that i will have will be a red dragon return, BK Mini 200, aquamedic triple doser and auto top off, 4 tunze 6100's with 7095 contoller, 25watt uv sterilizer, fr616 fluidized reactor, ecosystem 3616a sump. thats all i have now folks feel free to chime in here.

Hey, I didn't get credit for holding that weld-on.:lol2:

Guys/gals, this set up is going to be absolutely gorgeous. I saw it today, and if I didn't already have my tanks I would hire my buddy here to do mine.
Matt, you know your doing a great job....
