actually did it in memory of my dad. I lost him last year & he always had me cleaning our fish tank back in the Phil.... back in the day where fresh water angels was the only game in town :screama:

update pics taken today, lights just came on so most have not opened up completely, but everything seems to be doing fine. I also added a refugium but still need lighting for it. Im still having a bad time with red slime, getting frustrating. Im also contemplating on adding more sand. sorry for the crappy pix:cyclops:

how much room is there for the sump?
I know of a large one that's going up for sale soon.

fwiw red slime has been in a lot of peoples tanks lately, not sure what the connection is.
it's been a biatch to get rid of it. large water changes, and a media called ultra sil from fauna marin helped me. also sucking it out as often as possible or at least blowing it off the rocks and away from the corals. I still have zoas for you
