Stuck with a Nano and Proud of it!

As most of you know, i have a Red Sea Max (34 gallons).
OK. so today is my tank's 1 year anniversary (well actually tomorrow, but who's counting). i find this an opportunity to start a new tank thread (my old one's noob stuff and really long lol). i got alot of stuff at the swap today, and im proud to say my tank is starting to look like a reef (minus the sps). I'd just like to thank everyone who's helped me in developing such a tank(why do i have to put a comment in parentheses at the end of every sentence?). i feel i've really come far since a year ago, when i thought amphipods were mantis shrimp :lol2: tomorrow, most likely i will be posting before and after pics, but in the meantime, here's one teaser:
this beautiful rainbow yuma i got at WWOF at the swap for only $35(the pic is nearly life-sized too!)

OK guys here's the update i promised you!
i got tons of stuff at the swap, everything is open except the toadstool which i am assuming is normal. it came out a bit last night but only a few polyps. anyways here are the pics i promised you
before, nothing in the tank really, but clean though!:

after as of today(true anniversary): im gettin the hair algae under control it was worse before
