update

been a while since i posted. i downgraded my skimmer to a aquac urchin pro. and changed my light ulbs to ATI. now i am running 3 aqua blue, 2 blue plus, 1 pro color. the effects are amazing im not missing my metal halides much right now

that would be the ATI blue plus. they have a better effect than the UVL i was previously using

new corals

i got to acans from ny aquarium service. kinda brightened up my tank.

fighting algea

i am overcoming an algae bloom so my corals color aint looking so hot had a little bleaching .i may have figured out the source of my problem so that is the good news.

I removed my koralias and replaced them with a Vortech MP20. i am running it on short pulse mode on full blast so far good results

Right now i have not changed anything much. but with the increased bioload from the fish i upgraded my skimmer to a ATI BUBBLE MASTER 160. its one bad@#$ skimmer with such a small footprint and low height. its pulling out some dark smelly stuff only after two days
