I made a brief appearance at the swap, and several people asked me what happened to my tank. I would be remiss in my role as part of the RM staff for not pointing you all to this article that I wrote detailing how and why 95% of my livestock died.
The old tank is dead and gone and this is the beginning of the new, fresh start.
Stand is made of 3/4" furniture grade maple. The stand is 30" x 30" x34". The door are going to pop off the front and the back with magnets for ease of working in the sump compartment.
It still needs to be stained and poly coated and the top needs to be screwed on. The top will have solid maple trim around it in order to cover the eurobracing on the bottom of the tank and the foam underneath.
