So I've decided to go BAREBOTTOM on this tank. I like the cleanliness that it can present and no detritus able to settle on the sand. i have no fish that dig holes and hide (i think).

Pictures thus far:

Welcome. FYI your tank is 58g. The 65g has same footprint but is 24" high. Good luck with it.

Cool set up ... maybe I missed it (or it wasn't posted) but how old is the tank?
Later on you may want to add more flow to that tank if you are going all SPS ... Vortech or something equivalent. Good luck! :)

sorry about that wes your right. the tank is 3 months old but everything really has been up since late august. upgraded to the 65 from a biocube 29

i just bought a k4 to add onto flow. so that should be in shortly.

i wish i had the money for some vortechs. i've wasted plenty of money so far so i minus well move to the vortechs sometime this year.
