if you want I can frag you some hair algae, I have a small patch that grows slow. I'll part with some just for you though. :D

I finally got my white balance set. This is the actual color of the tank....BIG difference from the yellow pic on the first page.

I have a question about your tort forest.

how many torts did you start with? mine is growing well now and I want to frag it to make more, I just can't bring myself too cut it.

After the 2nd pic I fragged it many times, traded some, sold some for extra drinking money ;) etc.. I noticed if you mount the tort on a 45 degree angle, it sprouts out branches very fast. I don't like mounting torts horizontally because you only get growth from one side of the frag. I would suggest you cut off and mount the more shaded branches of your tort.
