Nice tanks ryunbaik / anthony27 now wheres the other 40 breeders and as of corals im more of a lps dude but there are some amazing sps out there thats why im going to do a mixed reef tank the sps give that forest under water look but i dont know thats just me ...

About 10 years ago I had a 40 breeder. It was a pretty simple system, DSB, skimmer, refugium, carbon, B-ionic, 1 250 watt halide, few small fish, weekly water changes, Lots of SPS

Equipment: ATI Sunpower fixture 6 x 39 watt, Vertex IN-100 skimmer, 2 Drew?s dosing pumps for ca and alk, Eheim return pump, Glass-holes overflow, Vortech MP40w, and bag of Rox carbon.

Additives: Brightwell Microbacter 7, Reef Biofuel, Vitamarin-c, elos omegas and pro skimmer

Livestock: Tailspot blenny, yellow flasher wrasse, fourline wrasse, barlett anthia, pair of semi snowflake clowns.
