For the whole mini colony?! That's awesome. Even for just one head that's a pretty good deal, all the ones I've seen were $40-$50.

It's a wall hammer, so it doesn't have heads, I was looking for a nice wall and came across that one, I scooped it up as soon as I saw it. I figured it was gonna be 60 bucks or around there. I was surprised when I heard the price.

Definitely a great deal! Good luck with it! I love those type of LPS (Hammer/Frogspawn etc..)

Only thing that sucks about the wall hammer, as far as I've read - if you ever wanted to frag it due do it becoming too large or w/e.. its pretty difficult.

Yea I know, I saw one that was nearly 3 feet long. The guy did frag it up though. I think he did 4 pieces and 3 survived.

Wow!

Yeah... if I had one that big... I think I'd just let it sit in the tank... I'd be devastated if I fragged it and even a tiny little piece died.

I wanted the thing but my tank is 3 feet long lol. He wanted 500 for it, I thought that was a good deal.

I dropped it in through the top before the tank went onto the stand, I forget the exact measurements but the 30"L is definite, I belive 14w x 15 tall.

I have the 3 right now Brian, the Bariene which you are getting and then the yellow and purple. Thinking of getting rid of the yellow soon as well keeping the purple and throwing in a black tang, maybe. The purple is really docile and runs from the other tangs but attacks my hand and my syringe to feed the corals.
