Tank was originally meant to be an in-wall setup but i am going to just have it sit on a stand and figure out some way to hide the overflow area and make it look nice. Purchased from oogie who designed and had the tank built but didnt persue the project.

One downside though is that the tank wont be running until after i move.

Specs:
30"L x 20"W x 10"H
Display is 24"L
Volume is around 26 gallons

Front Panal is Starphire Glass
All other sides are 'blacked' out

Four 3/4" holes drilled in back, 2 for closed loop, 2 for sump return
One 3/4" hole drilled on each side for closed loop
Two 1" holes for drains

Equipment (not final):

-36" T-5 HO Teklight from my current 40 gallon, i know it will hang out on
each side but thats ok.

-OM Squirt

-Panworld 100PX-X @ 1290 gph, Probebly too much flow for this tank and too much for the regular squirt to handle so i'm going to do a few things to reduce the flow.

-Aquatic Systems Design Kalk Reactor on Tunze Osmolator ATO

I'm not sure yet which skimmer i am going to get but these are the ones i'm considering:

-H and S A110-F2000 external --> Needle wheel, recirculating

-Barr Aquatics SK1020 --> Becket Style, I already have a Panworld 100PX to run it.

-MRC MR1 --> Becket Style, Panworld 100PX

-ASM G-2 --> Needle Wheel, with recirculating mod

I think that i am favoring the H and S right now because of the efficiency compared to the beckets and i can possiblly run it on my 40 gallon (there is a ledge behind the tank that i could sit the skimmer on and have pump and return going into the main tank) until the new tank is set up (will break the skimmer in so that its ready for the move and transfer and its kicks the remoras butt).

I still have alot to figure out like what stand to put it on, sump, etc. but i already have the majority of the equipment.

I'm still undecided on which color starboard to get though. Should i get BLACK or WHITE?

Anyways thats my plan so far. Comments and suggestions are welcome smile.gif
