This is my very first tank. JBJ 28g nano cube with LED lights. I started it in early August and cycled for 6 weeks with about 30 pounds of rock and 30 pounds of sand. I have been stocking it for about two weeks. I currently have:

1 pac blue hippo tang
1 sixline wrasse
1 fire shrimp
2 peppermint shrimps
many snails of different species (I honestly don't know how many)
6 blue leg hermit crabs
3 mushroom colonies (blue, red, and green)
1 green star polyp colony
1 green riccordia
2 zoa colonies (one blue, one red)

Nice looking tank! Just caught wind of it cause of your clownfish post... Sorry that you had to trade your Hippo Tang - those are pretty fish. Good choice of corals though!

One random comment - I see the tip of your hydrometer thingy in the back of one of those pics, and I got the same one. I gotta warn you that it's completely inaccurate, especially if any bubbles even touch the needle :(

Thanks. Tangs are very pretty fish, but Trigger's right, they don't belong in a system my size. I wish I had known that before I bought him. I took the hydrometer out the last time I cleaned my tank. It was full of algae and junk, and I figure I don't really need one in my tank. Also, I got some xenia in the tank now, and I'm getting some more ricordea and zoa polyps. I'll post more pics when I get things in and clean the tank again.

Now if only I can get my new clown healthy and eating, I'll be much happier.
