So, after a small hiatus I have decided to get back into reefing equipped with a little more knowledge and some better equipment. Anyway, I purchased the tank, stand and sump from a MR member - Great deal, thanks!
I wanted to create a thread from start to finish documenting how I set it up.
The first thing I did was put those furniture sliders underneath the stand so I had easy access to the back of the tank.
I attempted my first plumbing job ever and after 4 weeks still hasn't leaked.
Thank you too all how helped me with equipment and/or advice.
Next up is a DIY LED lighting fixture, stayed tuned for photos...

the sliders worked for you hah, I hope you removed that ball valve on the drain side. I am happy you are back keep us posted. like i said before if you need anything just ask.

Nice lookin plumbin there awesome cube tanks lookin good pretty soon it will b full of corals I'm gonna b upgradeing myself to a 90 gal cube I think I might join u on a thread starter lol GL pal p.s that fuge is workin great

Looking good so far...be careful if you try to move the tank when full, as you may jolt the stand with the first movement, causing the water to rock back and forth, possibly overflowing the tank.

You may also want to delete the reserve spots in this thread, as they eventually become un-editable, and you will then have crappy posts in your nice tank thread.
