to small man and its expensive to get another one..

your going to spend 300+/-on a diy project either way. plus what some one is going to charge you to making it . that being said just buy another one saves you time & money.

FYI, It'll probably cost you more then $300 in parts to DIY.
Another ecoray is probably the cheaper option, but I personally don't like the narrow optics of ecoray with no side coverage, so I'd get like 3 ecoray's total for a 120. That said, it'll still cost close to $600 in parts to get comparable lighting, not including any labor time.
The only reason why I would DIY is to get more even coverage all over, but not because I'm trying to save money.

yea one thing i dont like bout the ecoray is that there not dimmable unless anyone knows if i can install a driver to make them dimmable?
