Hi all, new to the site, some of you may know me from RC. I am currently running a 75g with mostly SPS but recently decided to upgrade to something a little larger.

Here is a somewhat recent shot of my 75g, nothing special yet:

The new tank is currently being built by Reef Savvy. It will be 72x24x29 with 3 sides starphire, 1500gph Glass-Holes overflow.

Wow so it's been a long time since I updated this thread here, I'll try to bring it up to date now...

First the RODI was set up in the fish room:

Skimmer I chose was the SRO- XP3000 EXT

Then March 14th 2011 my son was born:

Tank was finally finished by Reef Savvy and delivered:

All the plumbing going from the tank in the living room to the fish room was run through a crawl space under the house. This is not fun to go into...

Supports were placed under the floor beneath the tank:

Framing of stand I built

I ripped out the flooring from the fish room, it was a mess...

Me and my son, this was the initial aquascape, it has changed since..

New tiling in the fish room:
