HI, I'm going from 58RR to 90 RR.
what's the best way of doing this?

I have mostly zoes & lps some sps,
1 yellow tang
1 blue hippo tang
1 oscilaris clown
1 blue croamis
1 peppermint shrimp
cuc
60lbs live rock
2" live sand bed
By doubling the water volume will this cause a cycle

The issue isn't the water (very little bacteria is actually in the water column), it is the sand and additional rock and the cycling of the surfaces of the tank itself.

Can you tell us -
Are you adding additional rock, is that already cycled?
Are you adding more/new sand or do you plan to move your existing sand bed? All of it?
Is the new tank going in the same location as the old tank? ( it makes it way easier if it is not)
Do you already have the added equipment necessary for a larger tank...lighting, skimmer if necessary
Do you have vessels to hold the additional water you will need during the change over?
