I like to visit aqurium stores. I like to take my time and look at the different fish, corals, tanks and their set ups. What I don't understand is why do some stores look filthy. When I walk in an aqurium store, and I see algae on the glass, salt creeps, water stains on the glass, it give me the impression that the livestock is unhealthy. I also don't like when fish that are not compatible with each other, are put in the same 20gal tank. Why would they put two fish that are known to fight, in the same tank? Don't they know that they are going to kill each other and clients are gonna see that? If I have to tell you "hey look your bigger six line wrasse is killing the smaller six line wrasse" you, as a store owner have a problem. I also don't like to see equipment scattered all over the store like a Jenga tower. You want to display your salt and tanks set them neatly. This is just my opinion, and honestly a lot of the stores I visit regularly to shop, are clean and fun to hang out, but it disappoints me when I have to drive and hour to go see a "great" store that in reality was just a mess.
