Hey guys, so I am a junior music ed major at Hofstra right now and I play the Euphonium in our Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble. We are having our annual Octubafest this Saturday in Monroe Hall at 8pm. The event is entirely free and there will be plenty of food, snacks and drinks for afterwards. There are many great solos being played by great soloists AND a piece for the ensemble that I actually arranged by Eric Whitacre will be premiered for one time only.
If any of you guys are free and would like to hear some interesting new music come on down and say hi. Now I know its impossible to keep any us from frag swapping but this is not a swap...unless you have any frags that you'd like to get rid of in which case they are always welcome in my eyes. :biggrin:
If anyone needs directions I'd be more than happy to help you out.
