Just got a RBTA yesterday and put it in a area where it would sting anything except my hand(lol). It moved a bit and surrounded itself around a Xenia stalk.Any chance it'll kill it?

Here is the thing,The Xenia is still alive.
My anemones use to touch my hands all the time until one day after feeding i got stung all over my hands very badly. Here is the thing,The Xenia is still alive.
I got it for free and if it's one that it does kill,I won't pout Kat.Terrible right?lol
I had zoas that were being stung by an adjacent anemone. They were closed all the while, almost looking like bumps on the rock. What made me realize they were alive was that the bumps were reproducing. They looked burnt and never opened up but I was starting to see more of them. After many weeks when I moved the anemone they started opening up again and regained their color. Perhaps they were just tough lol.DA, your zoas might be okay. I've found that my zoas didn't really get bothered when my nem started to wander after I changed the flow in my tank. But it has a strong enough stickiness that it may pull them off the rock, then you'll lose them.
