Anyone know this plant???

Got this plant as a throw in from something I bought. The seller said I can put it in one of my sump compartments. But I'm scared since I've heard the caulerpa horror stories anyone know what it is??????

Sea grass I grow that its good for the system at least it does mine good

Does it have runners? Not sure from the pic, but it looks like turtle grass (thalassia testudinem). However, if it's a calurpa, it's most likely C. prolifera which can become invasive, but not as badly as C. racemosa or C.peltata.

It is Caulerpa prolifera. Awesome Macro. It doesn't climb up on the rocks like other Caulerpa algaes.
