Just an FYI, they are having a $1 per gallon sale on tanks from 15 to 75 gallons and $2 per gallon on 90-210 gallon tanks. They have discounted their AIO tanks too. Also 50% of all fish, inverts, coral live rock and plants.
Check their website for more info.

Closest one is Exit 39S off LIE.

Sale is Feb 9-18, 2008

geez, im 100% IMPRESSED with the employees at AA. They're top notch polite and respectful. their sale is pretty good and cheaper than online as far as snails go. picked up a good amount of nice zebra snails and mexican turbos for an unbelievably cheap price.
Their prices are actually worth going for at this time around. sale ends in a week so check it out.

they have a bunch of tanks!

I was there today and hoped to pick up a nano cube to use as a frag tank. No deals to be had on those. I did go home with some freshwater fish though. I was a little miffed that it was not clear that the fish prices written on the tanks were already the 50% off price. The fish I got were labled $2.49 and $4.99 and I figured it was 1/2 off that. I even asked the guy and he said yes. It wasn't until I got to the cash register that it became clear the $2.49 fish were really $4.99 fish and the $4.99 fish were really $9.99 fish. I got them anyway because I wanted them (I'm sure they were counting on that), but I wish they were a little more up front with their customers.

Just my opinion that this place is terrible for the true hobbyists but hey if you can get a deal by all means go for it. I dont like to patronize a place that sells green mushrooms for $119 and then has a sale for 50% off and acts like they are giving them away

So anybody get a free filter?
I went yesterday and got a 40 breeder

I was there today and traded an old broken down cascade filter.
They gave me a brand new Aqueon Filter. My fiance gave in an old whisper and they gave here a new AquaClear 20 with tons of other free stuff. It was nice out there. The prices were way inexpensive as other places for once. I was impressed.
