Rob, still haven't heard from you.

You sold me a bad skimmer that gave me an electrical shock because the wire is frayed. You told me the black silicone was to keep the wire from heating up which made no sense to me, when I removed the black silicone you can clearly see the damage. Also the impeller is not new, it is damaged as well.

Sucks man we all expect to get a smooth transaction. Then stuff like this happens. Makes me iffy when I see good prices on a good piece.
