Carpet anemone

Is a carpet anemone ok for a 150g tank? Right now there is a Lunar Wrasse, a royal gramma, 2 cleaner shrimp, and a kenya tree. I am hoping to get 2 saddleback clownfishes at a later date and was wondering if a carpet would be good for them and the tank.

i have mine in a 50.i cant keep any fish that lay at the bottom.he will snatch them up every time.doesnt matter what size the tank is if i fish touchs it even briefly it will stick it and eat it

i have huge carpet in my 65g reef with no issue the 2 black and white saddle back clown i have dont host tho my 5" tomato clown does tho and i have alot of fish i never had any go to the tombs from the carpet eating it ..buck that just my luck

Your 150g is fine for a carpet. Just be aware they can, do and will grow large. As duke said, they can and will potentially devour any bottom dwellers.

I have seen some of the most gorgeous carpets though. We've had them in purple and red and blue. Just spectacular.

Absolutely fine. The carpet will find a spot that suites it best.

The FG would definitely become breakfast though.

The FG can't become breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack or dinner. I guess I won't get a carpet. I love FG's too much.
