have a buddy that wants 2 get some Chinese leds controllable sunrise sunset does any 1 have any recommendations I told him go wit kessils or radions but hes on a real cheap budget

There's a couple of them on eBay which one does he get someone recommend galayhydro n vipaspectra 2 many out there he wants 2 go sps dominant tank which will b good

Gotta look at bulb brand, and wavelengths. What angle on the lenses or if there is a lens at all. And whether or not it has heat sink or/or fans

Found them online but they r not wifi nor sunrise sunset moonlight is there a specific model ?
