it all depend on what you want for the bathroom,toilet , shower. tub , whirlpool ,sink,is the drain pipes in the floor or above toilet,are tileing the bathroom or just rock and paint,size of room is a factor but not much different in price from 5 x 6 too 6 x 8, electric is the same for bathroom , plumbing depends on the existing plumbing to tap off, a average bathroom with just a toilet and sink should cost about $5.5 k to $6.5
