Donating to Manhattan Reef

I'm fairly new to this forum! I Think its a great source of information and a Very friendly forum where everyone is looking to help each other out with problems question or whatever the need may be.
I would assume that donating to MR would help keep this site going strong and would like to know how it helps the forum and what else the donations are for? And who donates?

Th donations help run the board, from paying for the cost of the servers, the magazine and articles, to even the pictures on the Fish database everything costs money. As for who donates, the members on the board do but it's not mandatory to do so, but it does help keep the board running and let Josh add new features and such.

The money goes two places , after much investigation I am about to reveal the truth#@!

First our supreme ruler use's it for keeping himself looking slick, here is Josh pulling up at the Nerac swap this weekend, notice how tan he is.. from all those island vacations!!

The rest of the money is used to buy raffle tickets at regional aquarium shows. how many nano cubes can one man need??? :flower:

I donate because its my way of saying thank you to Josh and the Mods for running such a relaxing but sometimes nervy site.
I never really cared how the funds are used. As long as its not used to fund ISOL.

I can honestly say that I do not play any raffles or enter any contests whatsoever, with the lone exception being the NERAC raffle.

And in that raffle, I am a cold, calculating, stone faced killer.
