easy softies that can compete with aiptasia

any suggestions for easy softies?

I was thinking mushrooms to start, wifes tank has a 2x110w t5 setup, 1 actinic 1 10k so its' on the blue side, on a 75g tank

aiptasia grow nicely, so does coraline all over the glass, it's a low maint tank, we do nothing really except dump the skimmer (hsa 1000), all the fish have been in the tank at least 3 years

Green star polyps, 'shrooms as you have said, leather coral (shades out aptasia), xenia-help to compete for nutrients are what immediately come to mind.

Zooanthids are a maybe.

Zoas get pushed around by them.

Yup, that chimes with my experience. Zoas close up when there's an aiptasia around.
